Performance Appraisal Introduction

Feedback Introduction / Research Task - Assignment 7 Task 2 

Use http://www.cipd.co.uk/subjects/perfmangmt/appfdbck/perfapp.htm?IsSrchRes=1 to answer questions like...What is a Performance Appraisal? How best to Conduct an appraisal? What a good and bad appraisal look like?

Remember - Quote if necessary, explain answers in your own words after reading thoroughly, present your work professionally, don't give too much or too litle information (scan and extract only what you need!)
